“What did you do to make that woman outside the dance studio so afraid of you?”
Did she really want to know? He had been holding back his true perversions for fear of scaring her away, but maybe she was ready now. He hoped she was. “Unspeakable things,” he answered.
Lilliana’s eyes rounded. “If by unspeakable you mean…”
Tucker covered her mouth with his index finger. “By unspeakable, I mean I’d rather not go into the details out of respect for her. Come with me. I want to show you something.”
Nervous apprehension settled in Tucker’s gut. Would she run? Tucker led Lilliana by the hand to a room on the east wing. Entering a small room, he turned the light on.
“This is the time-out room.”
Lilliana’s jaw gaped and her eyes scanned the select few pieces of equipment furnishing the space. Tucker was expecting the worst – a slap across the face, a blood-curdling scream, something…
“Why didn’t you show me this room before?” she asked, placing her hands on her hips.
Tucker stood silent, not really knowing the answer to her question.
“Do you really like doing this sort of thing?” Lilliana waved her hand around the room.
“That, I do.”
“So is this what you mean by unspeakable?”
“Yes.”
Lilliana raised her eyebrows and moved toward the odd looking wooden bed that contained a whipping cross on one end, a bed with a neck/wrist yoke, a cage on the bottom and an assortment of suspension points and padding. “If you’re embarrassed about your preferences, then why do you do it?”
“I’m not embarrassed about this. Is that what you think?”
“Why else would you keep it from me?”
Tucker had no real excuse except to say that he didn’t want to freak her out. “Because I’m discreet.”
Lilliana moved to a small spanking horse and ran her hand along the leather seat. Tucker wished he could be inside her head for just one minute to know what was going on inside that lively mind of hers. Next she moved to the only other piece of equipment, a swing hanging from the ceiling, and seated herself in it.
“So you’re not freaked out?”
“Does it look like I’m freaked out?”
No, it didn’t. In fact, it looked like she was intrigued. When her eyes moved around the room they stopped on a wall of ropes and belts. Her eyebrows pinched together.
“You told me you weren’t a sadist.”
Tucker couldn’t help but chuckle. “I’m not. The things in this room are for disciplining purposes and pleasure.”
“Did you use all this stuff on your girlfriends?”
“Some of them. Every woman was different. Some liked it, most didn’t. The majority ran, but some stayed and played. Which are you going to be?”
Lilliana planted her feet on the floor and stopped the swing from swaying. “I haven’t decided yet,” she glared at Tucker defiantly.
“You say that as if the final decision is only yours to make, Lilly.”
Lilliana’s eyes were thoughtful and she paused before sitting up straighter.
“What is the purpose of a room like this, Tucker? What do you really want from me? No more innuendos and man-speak. I want to know, right now.”
“I want to control you and make you submit to who you truly are, Lilly. I’m not asking you to change who you are but to give into my will within these confines. In this room, in my bedroom, give in to me in all ways. When you do, pleasures untold await the both of us. Are you brave enough to do that?”
